This Shipping Policy applies to every order placed with Aussie Hoodie Shop, operated by KONICUK LTD, Company No. 14556414.

We use a global fulfilment network to produce, prepare, and deliver made-to-order products. Because many products are manufactured, printed, or personalized after an order is placed, total delivery time includes both order handling time and shipping transit time.

All prices and shipping charges stated in this policy are in Australian dollars (AUD).

This policy should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy, Exchange & Replacement Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives a consumer right, statutory guarantee, remedy, or other legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.

1. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Australian Eastern Time.

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day may begin processing on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM normally begin processing on the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays normally begin processing on the next applicable business day.

Same-day processing is not guaranteed. Processing depends on product type, personalization requirements, order volume, and production-facility availability.

2. Order Handling Time

Most orders are handled within 3–10 business days.

The maximum standard storewide handling time is 10 business days.

Processing may take longer during peak seasons, promotions, public holidays, unusually high order volumes, artwork revisions, or events outside our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

Available shipping services depend on the destination, product type, package, production facility, and options displayed at checkout.

The checkout page is the final source for shipping services and charges available for a specific order.

The estimates below include handling time and shipping transit time.

5. New Zealand Delivery Estimates

Deliveries to regional, rural, island, or remote New Zealand addresses may take longer.

For other destinations supported at checkout:

• Estimated transit after dispatch: 15–25 business days.
• Total estimated delivery from order date: 18–35 business days.

Aussie Hoodie Shop does not make an unconditional worldwide-delivery promise. Available destinations and services are confirmed at checkout.

8. Carriers and Tracking

Depending on the destination, product, shipping method, and route, we may use:

• Australia Post;
• USPS;
• FedEx;
• DHL;
• UPS;
• Local postal services; or
• Other domestic and international carriers.

After dispatch, the customer will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing a tracking number and, where available, a tracking link.

Please allow approximately 48–72 hours after dispatch for the first tracking event to appear.

Tracking may temporarily stop updating during international transit, carrier handoffs, customs clearance, peak periods, or final-mile delivery.

9. Address Restrictions and Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.

Requests to change or correct a shipping address must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order.

Send the order number and complete corrected address to support@aussiehoodie.com.

An address change cannot be guaranteed after production, fulfilment, shipping preparation, or carrier processing has begun.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Some postal services may deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers, but courier services such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS may require a physical street address.

Expedited or courier-based services may not be available for a PO Box or parcel locker.

APO/FPO and Restricted Addresses

Military, APO/FPO, restricted, or remote addresses may not be supported by every carrier.

If the selected service cannot deliver to the address provided, we may request an alternative physical address or use another available service.

10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

• Import duties;
• Goods and services taxes;
• Value-added taxes;
• Customs-clearance fees;
• Brokerage charges;
• Storage charges; or
• Local carrier fees.

Unless checkout expressly states that these amounts are included, they are the recipient’s responsibility.

Customs inspections and clearance procedures may delay delivery. Aussie Hoodie Shop does not control customs assessments, processing times, or decisions to release, return, hold, confiscate, or destroy a parcel.

11. Delayed and Lost Parcels

If a parcel has not arrived within 30 business days from dispatch, contact Aussie Hoodie Shop so we can begin an investigation.

If the parcel remains undelivered for 45 calendar days from dispatch, we may review it as a potentially lost shipment, subject to tracking information, carrier findings, customs status, and destination conditions.

A delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement.

If a parcel was never marked as delivered and appears lost, report the issue within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date.

If the carrier confirms that the parcel was lost before delivery, the customer may choose one primary resolution:

• A free replacement; or
• A full refund.

12. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the customer cannot locate the parcel, first check:

• Other household members;
• Neighbours or nearby delivery locations;
• Building reception or mailroom;
• Safe delivery locations;
• The local post office or final-mile carrier; and
• Any delivery photograph or carrier note.

If the parcel remains missing, contact Aussie Hoodie Shop promptly. We may open a carrier investigation.

A “Delivered” status does not automatically qualify the order for a refund or replacement.

13. Failed, Refused, or Unclaimed Deliveries

A parcel may be delayed, returned, abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed when delivery fails because the customer:

• Provided an incorrect or incomplete address;
• Refused the parcel;
• Failed to collect the parcel;
• Failed to respond to the carrier;
• Did not provide information required for delivery or customs clearance;
• Did not pay applicable customs charges; or
• Otherwise failed to cooperate with reasonable carrier procedures.

These circumstances do not automatically qualify the order for a full refund.

Depending on package recovery and actual costs already incurred, the available resolution may be:

• A partial refund;
• Store credit;
• A discount code; or
• Reshipment subject to additional shipping, customs, handling, or remake charges.

Aussie Hoodie Shop does not charge a fixed percentage-based restocking fee.
