We may also contact the person or party responsible for the content to request additional information where appropriate.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@aussiehoodie.com .

Your counter-notice should include:

• Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement notice or their authorized representative.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

KONICUK LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, accounts, listings, partnerships, or submissions associated with parties that repeatedly infringe or are alleged to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

We may also remove content, reject product submissions, or take other enforcement actions where we believe it is necessary to protect rights owners, customers, our brand, and our business.

5. Our Intellectual Property

All content on Aussie Hoodie Shop, including website text, branding, logos, product descriptions, images, page layouts, artwork, graphics, icons, product mockups, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to KONICUK LTD, Aussie Hoodie Shop, or our respective licensors, designers, suppliers, or content partners.
