To calculate when you will receive your order, please use this simple formula:
Total Delivery Time = Order Handling Time + Transit Time
- Handling Time: The time required to custom-produce, quality-check, and pack your items before handing them to the carrier.
- Transit Time: The time it takes the shipping carrier to physically deliver the parcel to your address.

All Aussie Hoodie items are made to order. Our handling and production timeframe depends on the type of product you purchase:

- Accessories: 5 to 7 business days.
- Footwear & Home Décor (Bedding Sets): 5 to 10 business days.

5. Shipping Carriers & How to Track Your Order

- Click the link or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to view the latest delivery updates. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the carrier’s system to show the first tracking events.
6. Delays and Missing Parcels
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak-season congestion, incorrect delivery details, or customs clearance delays.
However, if your parcel has not arrived within 45 days from the dispatch date, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and may offer a full refund or a free replacement where appropriate.
