Time-Limited Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. All returned items must be new, unused, with original tags and labels attached.

Accepted Returns

We gladly accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Item Shipped: You received the wrong size, color, style, or product.
  • Defective Item: The item arrived damaged, broken, or with a defect.
  • Item Not as Described: The product does not match its description. We recommend reviewing item descriptions carefully before placing your order.

If you are unsatisfied or no longer want the item, we may offer a partial refund. Please contact us for details.

Returns We Cannot Accept

We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Requests after the 30-day return period
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer — Please check the size chart carefully.
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items delivered within the specified delivery timeframe
  • Gift cards and final sale/discounted items

Exceptions — “No Need to Return” Policy

We understand that unique situations may arise. For select cases, we may offer a resolution without requiring the item to be returned. Please provide detailed information and photos of the issue, and we’ll assist you accordingly.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@aussiehoodie.com. We will provide detailed return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds & Exchanges

After inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you via email.

Refunds

Once a refund is issued, please allow time for your financial institution to process it:

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Credit Card: Up to 10 business days

Note: Our warranty and refund policy applies only once per order.

Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will contact you to confirm your exchange preferences. If the exchange is not due to our error, we’ll offer you a discounted rate for a new order.
