Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy applies to every order placed with Aussie Hoodie Shop, operated by KONICUK LTD.

We use a global fulfilment network to process, prepare, and deliver made-to-order products. Because many items are produced after an order is placed, the total delivery time includes both order handling time and shipping transit time.

1. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM AEST.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST on a business day will begin processing on the same business day where possible.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM AEST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Our standard order processing days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Order Handling Time

Order handling time is the time required to produce, quality-check, and pack your items before handing them to the shipping carrier.

Most Aussie Hoodie Shop orders are handled within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the product type.

For Google Merchant Center and general delivery estimate purposes, the maximum storewide handling time is 10 business days.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing may take longer due to higher order volume.

3. Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Order Handling Time + Shipping Transit Time.

To make our delivery estimates clear, the tables below show both:

• Estimated Transit Time After Dispatch
• Total Estimated Delivery Time from Order Date

All delivery estimates are counted in business days and exclude weekends, public holidays, customs delays, and carrier disruptions.

4. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping tiers for supported delivery regions. Shipping costs are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping rates and available shipping methods may vary depending on your destination, product type, and the options shown at checkout.

5. Australia Delivery Time

Australia is one of our main delivery destinations. We deliver across Australian states and territories.

The delivery estimates below include made-to-order handling time and shipping transit time.

6. New Zealand Delivery Time

Deliveries to major areas may arrive closer to the faster end of the estimate. Deliveries to regional, rural, or remote New Zealand addresses may take longer.

Customs clearance, local postal routing, carrier handoff, and public holidays may also affect delivery time.

7. United States and Canada Delivery Time

Customs clearance, carrier handoff, local postal routing, public holidays, and regional service disruptions may affect delivery time.

8. Other Supported International Destinations

For other supported international destinations, estimated transit time after dispatch is 15 to 25 business days.

Total estimated delivery time from order date is 18 to 35 business days.

Instead of using a broad “worldwide” delivery promise, customers should refer to the shipping methods and delivery estimates shown at checkout for their specific destination country.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, local taxes, clearance charges, or carrier handling fees imposed by the destination country.

9. PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, APO/FPO, and Address Limitations

Some shipping carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and certain international courier services, may not deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, military addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted delivery locations.

If you choose Expedited Shipping or any courier-based service, we strongly recommend providing a complete physical street address instead of a PO Box.

If a PO Box, parcel locker, APO/FPO, or restricted address is provided, your order may be limited to postal carriers where available, such as Australia Post or other local postal services. This may result in longer delivery times.

If we are unable to ship to the address provided, our support team may contact you to request an alternative physical address. Failure to provide a valid deliverable address may delay or cancel your order.

10. Shipping Carriers & How to Track Your Order

To help ensure your order arrives safely, we work with reliable domestic and international shipping carriers.

• Carriers Used: Depending on your delivery address, product type, shipping method, and shipping route, your parcel may be delivered by Australia Post, USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other local and international carriers.

How to track your order:

1. Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.
2. This email will include your tracking number and, where available, a tracking link.
3. Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website or through our order tracking page. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the carrier’s system to show the first tracking events.

11. Delays and Missing Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak-season congestion, incorrect delivery details, customs clearance delays, public holidays, or regional service interruptions.

If your parcel has not arrived within 45 days from the dispatch date, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and may offer a refund, replacement, or other suitable resolution where appropriate.
