1. Order Processing Timeframes

All our items are made-to-order. Total Delivery Time is calculated as: Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (AEST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time (Production):

• Apparel: 3–5 business days
• Footwear & Home Décor: 5–10 business days
• Accessories: 5–7 business days

2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Estimates

We ship to customers worldwide from our global manufacturing partners. Once your order is processed, estimated shipping times and fees are as follows:

• Economy Shipping: $4.99 AUD (15–20 business days)
• Standard Shipping + Insurance: $14.99 AUD (15–20 business days)
• Expedited Shipping + Insurance: $29.99 AUD (7–15 business days)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.

3. Remote Area Surcharge (Australia)

Deliveries to designated remote areas within Australia may be subject to an additional $40 AUD surcharge for Expedited Shipping. If this applies to your postal code, we recommend choosing Standard Shipping via Australia Post.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking updates.

6. Delays and Missing Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

However, if your package has not arrived within 45 days of dispatch, please contact us at support@aussiehoodie.com , and we will offer a full refund or replacement.

7. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay re-shipping fees.
• We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
