2. Remote Area Surcharge (Australia)

Deliveries to designated remote areas in Australia are subject to an additional $40 AUD surcharge for expedited shipping. If this fee applies, we recommend choosing standard shipping via Australia Post. To verify if your address is impacted, please email support@aussiehoodie.com.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside Australia), customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by Aussie Hoodie.

4. Tracking & Delays

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your package has not arrived within 45 days, we will offer a full refund or a replacement. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier strikes, extreme weather, or customs clearance processes.
