1. Order Handling & Processing Time

All Aussie Hoodie items are made to order. Our handling and production timeframe depends on the type of product you purchase:

• Apparel (Hoodies, T-shirts, and Polos): 3 to 5 business days.
• Accessories: 5 to 7 business days.
• Footwear & Home Décor (Bedding Sets): 5 to 10 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following flat-rate shipping tiers for all our supported delivery regions (both Domestic and International). Shipping costs are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3. Domestic Transit Time Frame - Australia

Australia is our main shipping destination. We deliver across all Australian states and territories. Deliveries to major metropolitan hubs are significantly faster, whereas parcels heading to regional towns or remote outback areas will require additional transit time.

4. International Transit Time Frame

In addition to Australia, we are proud to offer international shipping strictly to the following supported countries: United Kingdom, Canada, United States, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, and Japan. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country.

5. Shipping Carriers & How to Track Your Order

To help ensure your order arrives safely, we work with reliable domestic and international shipping carriers.

• Carriers Used: Depending on your delivery address and shipping route, your parcel may be delivered by Australia Post, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

How to track your order:

1. Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.
2. This email will include your tracking number and a direct tracking link to the carrier’s website.
3. Click the link or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to view the latest delivery updates. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the carrier’s system to show the first tracking events.

6. Delays and Missing Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak-season congestion, incorrect delivery details, or customs clearance delays.

However, if your parcel has not arrived within 45 days from the dispatch date, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and may offer a full refund or a free replacement where appropriate.
