Shipping & Refund Policies
Shipping: All products are made to order and typically require 3–10 business days for production, quality inspection, and packaging. Total estimated delivery time is generally 15–35 business days, depending on your destination, product type, shipping method, and local delivery conditions.
Economy Shipping costs A$4.99 and is free for orders of A$200 or more. Expedited Shipping with Insurance is available for A$29.99. Delivery to regional, rural, or remote locations may require additional time. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other local charges.
Cancellations & Modifications: Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may have entered production, and changes can no longer be guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds: Return, replacement, or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or with significant print-quality issues may qualify for a refund, replacement, or another suitable resolution after supporting photos have been reviewed.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Please contact our support team before returning an item, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Customer-selected errors, such as ordering the wrong size, color, option, personalization, or address, may not be eligible for a return or may require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
